4.1 Placing Bets:

• Bets cannot be cancelled once matched with another user
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply as specified on the platform
• You must have sufficient balance to cover your bet amount

4.2 Bet Settlement:

• Bets are settled based on official match results
• Settlement occurs automatically within minutes of match completion
• A 5% commission is deducted from winning bets
• Disputed settlements are reviewed within 24 hours

4.3 Cancelled Matches:

• If a match is cancelled, all bets are voided
• Stakes are returned to both parties in full
• No commission is charged on voided bets

• Complete payment within the specified time limit
• Provide payment proof when requested
• Do not cancel after making payment

5.2 Withdrawals (Selling Coins):

• Release coins only after confirming payment receipt
• Provide accurate payment information
• Respond to buyer messages promptly
• Small service charges may apply for transfers

5.3 Disputes:

• Contact support immediately if issues arise
• Provide all requested evidence and documentation
• Cooperate with dispute resolution process
• Accept final decisions made by Booki11 support

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated systems
• Manipulating odds or match-fixing
• Colluding with other users to gain unfair advantage
• Creating multiple accounts
• Money laundering or fraudulent transactions
• Abusing the platform or exploiting bugs
• Harassment or abusive behavior toward other users
• Providing false information or documentation

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

• 5% commission on all successful bets (deducted from winnings)
• No deposit fees for P2P trades
• Small service charges (1-2%) may apply for internal transfers
• Payment method fees are set by individual traders
• We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days notice

• Disputes between users in P2P trades
• Technical issues, downtime, or service interruptions
• Errors in third-party data or match results
• Unauthorized access due to user negligence
• Actions of individual traders on the platform

Maximum liability is limited to the amount in your account at the time of the incident.

Your use of Booki11 is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data and funds.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• You create multiple accounts
• You fail to provide requested verification
• We suspect money laundering or other financial crimes

Upon termination, you may withdraw your remaining balance (subject to verification). Funds from prohibited activities will be forfeited.
